FIESTA ng OWWA at HATID SAYA sa BAHRAIN 2009

In the making of FIESTA ng OWWA at HATID SAYA sa BAHRAIN 2009. The event will feature Filipino games, practices, dances, songs, foods and all sorts of merry making, the highlight of our celebration is the parade around some streets in Manama of beautiful Filipinas (called flowers of May) with their escorts, clod in the best Filipino outfit on Friday, May 22, 2009, showstarts @ 1.00 PM.

The celebration is aimed at the following: [1] Strengthen the unity and camaraderie among all Filipinos in the Kingdom of Bahrain [2] Share our culture with good people of Bahrain and [3] Support scholarship program of our government called "OWWA-Tuloy Aral Program" for the underprivileged and deserving boys and girls who do not have the means to acquire elementary, high school and college education.
